Shopped at others and CFL Chrysler was a great smooth deal I visited 2 other dealers prior to going to CFL Chrysler as I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. One other dealer was bumping up the retail and tryin I visited 2 other dealers prior to going to CFL Chrysler as I knew exactly what I wanted to buy. One other dealer was bumping up the retail and trying to double charge me for added-on items. I made it clear when I walked in and Adil greeted me. I told him I wanted to buy today and if we can make a fair deal and no funny business I would buy the vehicle. Alittle bit of negotiating and a few hours later we drove off in our new car. I felt like I got treated fair and would recommend others to look to them for purchasing if they have the vehicle you want. I’m a business owner myself and don’t like to be taken for a ride or attempted to be swindled lol. Adil was straight forward and great to work with! More

Easy to talk to, bit of a wait The dealership service center is usually very full so I understand the waiting, but every time you deal with an actual representative things go fast a The dealership service center is usually very full so I understand the waiting, but every time you deal with an actual representative things go fast and they make sure to have the mechanics get the job done. As for time, you will have to have an empty schedule for at least 3 1/2 hours but they will definitely get the job done and look at whatever you ask them to. More

MY FEELINGS DO COUNT. S REGRET AND MORE....WHY, My husband I decided to turn in our 2016 DODGE RAM KING CAB lease and least again since we were satisfied the very 1st tim S REGRET AND MORE....WHY, My husband I decided to turn in our 2016 DODGE RAM KING CAB lease and least again since we were satisfied the very 1st time. Our original sales person greeted us at that moment we felt very very comfortable but in the END is a whole nother story... I will say they work diligently to get us in another least. SAYING they were paying all our 1st lease Contract off. Which was only $2000 TO DO SO.... BUYER'S LEASE REGRET BIG time BIG BIG TIME. 1st WARNING flag it took THEM 4 days for them to get us into a NEW contract. 2nd WARNING FLAG the down payment went from one price to another priced. Why did we sign???? buyer's regret now. We went from a king cab to a quad cab which trust me does not ride the same OR IS AS nice. YES, yes we took it for a test drive and it felt good then but the proof is in the pudding when you start driving it even longer. Payment wise we added the extra contract for warrantee scratches tires the whole 9 yd sound like a good deal to us. Now we're paying almost $700.00 a month for a truck we are NOT NOT NOT NOT happy with. Every continuous bump kills my back YES I am disabled and our 1st truck never did that. I receive a phone call and ask if I'm satisfied. A BIG NO WAS MY REPLY. They asked us why and I explain To them how unhappy, That they had put us in the least truck that already had a recall on the brake pedal that was known to lock up. Or not engage properly. I told this to the finance officer when I went to them as soon as I found out about the recall. Mind you the only way we FOUND OUT about the recall is because we found a Defect in the Passenger seat. I explained to the finance person at that time that I felt it was a lemon that they Leased us of vehicle with a recall already on it and that we are not happy at all with this entire deal. HIS REPLY "THEY NEW NOTHING OF A RECALL". I may be wrong but I've always been told you can not sell a VEHICLE that HAS a recall with a safety issue. And honestly a brake pedal malfunctioning while driving stopping and going that may or may not engaged is an MAJORLY SAFETY ISSUE ... AT LEAST IN MY MIND AND MY FAMILY'S LIFE. Needless to say nothing was really accomplished by us talking to the Finance person. Well, today I receive a call from my salesperson Adele Who Some what politely inform me he got Call on the carpet at the meeting today. 3/13/2019 And then proceeded to tell me in his own a little raised voice that he felt offended and that he had done everything in his power to make us a good deal. I informed him how I felt how I could be paying for a brand new truck right now at that price and it being a king cab and I would have been a whole lot more happy. Trust me the conversation went on for a about 10 minutes him trying to convince me how I should feel even tell me he swears on His family members grave that he treated us good. And that he went out of his way for us. I informed him how I am feeling. BUT, WE FEEL LIKE WE GOT RIPPED OFF. He assured me he made no commission whatsoever on this deal in fact that the company lost money. And again and how I should be feeling Thankful. I DON'T FELL THANKFUL THAT FOR OVER A WEEK WE DROVE A TRUCK THAT THANK GOD DIDN'T, BUT, COULD HAVE MALFUNCTIONED...I am not happy. I will not be coming back. And I will not be recommending CENTRAL FLORIDA DEALERSHIPS..I am now in a lease completely DISSATISFIED WITH, FEELING RIPPED OFF BY, AND A TRUCK WE HATE. KNOWING COULD OF CAUSED US OUR LIFE. . How can they make us happy take the truck back and rip the contract up. And call it over done with and completed. But don't try to preach to me how I should feel when your survey asked. We know how we feel SHAFTED, RIPPED RIPPED RIPPED OFF. Completely dissatisfied The outcome of this entire LEASE...... BY THE WAY IS IT NOT THE SALESPERSONS JOB TO TELL YOU ABOUT A RECALL BEFORE YOU DRIVE IT OFF THE LOT??? I DO NOT FEEL SO TRUSTWORTHY ON THAT. MY LIFE IS WORTH MORE RESPECT. SOLUTION... FIX THE RECALL BEFORE WE DROVE IT OFF.. HEAR US WHEN WE FEEL UPSET. RESPECT HOW WE FELL. NOT, HOW YOU FEEL AND WE SOULD BE THANKFUL TO YOU... . MY FEELINGS COUNT TOO. WE ARE THE ONE WHO FEEL WE GOT THE SHAFT. NOT THE CARE... IF YOU DON'T WANT A TRUFULL ANSWER THEN DON'T ASK...LEARN FROM IT NOT TRY TO CONVINCE US HOW WE FEEL BUT, ASK HOW CAN WE MAKE IT RIGHT I UNDERSTAND YOU FEELINGS. I FELT I DID YOU RIGHT BUT, YOUR FEELINGS IS WHAT COUNTS LET'S FIX THIS ... THAT WOULD OF BEEN HOW IT SHOULD OF BEEN HANDLED... MY REPLY.. Buy a car here, don’t get service! I went in to get a part fixed on my vehicle. I pulled up and no one was outside to greet me or take my vehicle. I waited 5 minutes and went inside to I went in to get a part fixed on my vehicle. I pulled up and no one was outside to greet me or take my vehicle. I waited 5 minutes and went inside to find a service advisor. No one was approachable, so I went back outside. A few moment later a porter pulled up and asked what was wrong with my vehicle. He said I needed to speak with Mark. I was escorted to his office. This was just a long process just to find someone. I do appreciate Mark helping me out. Fail who I purchased the car from was amazing! I’m thankful he pointed me in the right direction. After this Jeep purchase I’ll be a lifelong customer because of him! Thank you Adil More
