From the start, Alan was very understanding, and did everything he could to get me the best deal on the best car for my needs. He explained everything and made the process extremely easy. I definitely felt welcome, but not at all pressured the way I’ve felt at other dealerships. After the official purchase he introduced us to other key people in different departments, so that we are prepared for additional visits now that we have the car. Overall, each visit, including the final one, was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend others stop by here to look into it vehicle of their own. More
