It's quite rare in that business and, because he was so forthcoming, polite and professional, Tynans Nissan now has a new customer. It's the initial impression that gets repeat business. Honestly, after my last experience at Tynans, I promised I would never go back. It was a real rip off and the issue with my car was never fixed, despite being charged. However, circumstances were not ideal and I had to take it back to Tynans because it is right down the street from my house. After dealing with Adnan, I have decided to continue going there, as long as he helps me out. If he goes somewhere esle, I'll go there. Now I am going back there to buy a new Nissan and my girlfriend just dropped off her car to get fixed. That's what good customer service does. More

4000 dollars later still not fixed. It was not leaking oil until I brought it into service center and had work performed the first time, that is why I brought it back the second time. Now I have to bring it back a third time. Customer service is horrible, put you on hold and never come back. Stay clear of this place for service. Service employees always standing around not doing anything when I go in there, waiting for someone else to answer the phone, then they tell me that they cant look at my vehicle til 3 days later. What do you have to do in this day to get good service? The bottom line is they stole money from me, criminal action. More
