But after a couple years of searching online for the perfect Audi, I found a vehicle that resonated with me. It was not the perfect timing but the vehicle was perfect so I moved forward. There were difficulties inherent to a long distance transaction but Lauren Savage and Selma Rakovic helped me work through the details and stuck with me when we hit snags. Even without a personal relationship with me, Lauren worked tirelessly and advocated for me through the process. The general manager, Adnan Sehovic, condescended to help with some of the details which showed a commitment to customer service throughout the levels of the organization.
