This in-turn created a customer service experience that was a true pleasure in an industry not necessarily known for such attributes. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a staff that truly seems to get it. I had never used Burlington Audi, but had already been an Audi customer and was looking for an upgrade to my fourth Audi. My TTS was fantastic, but I was ready to make the move to the exceptional RS 5. My sales consultant, Tom, couldn't have been more helpful in explaining everything from the features to the production processes that go into making Audis’ the industry standard in quality workmanship. I found the low-key, customer focused approach to making a deal extremely appealing and in keeping with my ideal way to purchase a car. I had the pleasure to meet and speak with the general manager, Adnan, and am convinced that the culture there starts at the top and filters down. Everyone I met; from the general sales manager, Nick; to Jimmy in business, and Jeff in service, all seemed to be on the same page with respect to customer focus; and a motivation based in a belief in the products they sell. All at Herb Chambers Burlington Audi genuinely appear to enjoy their work and serving their customers. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about my experience and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this dealership. Oh… and the RS 5, as Tom so appropriately stated, is a “beast” that I am thoroughly enjoying. More

Superb, relaxed buying experience I recently bought an A4 from Audi Burlington, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Both the salesman, Shawn Quinn, and the Manager, Adnan Seh I recently bought an A4 from Audi Burlington, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Both the salesman, Shawn Quinn, and the Manager, Adnan Sehovic, made sure that the process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. After my experiences with another local dealer, it was a great relief to step into a place where everyone just wanted to make sure I got what I needed, and for a very good price. I could keep going, but it’s simple: if you’re considering an Audi (or a Porsche!), you’d be very smart to make the trip to Audi Burlington. If your experience is like mine, you won’t bother even looking anywhere else. More

I've been getting my Audis serviced at Audi Burlington since 2008, and I've been nothing but thrilled with the experience I've received over the last 6 years. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, and they always treat me like a VIP. While service isn't cheap, it is in-line with other dealerships, and the quality is top notch. I've recommended Audi Burlington on many occasions in the past, and would absolutely recommend them again without hesitation. More

I regularly service my Audi A8 and S4 Cabriolet with Audi Burlington and they are really the best. Jim Parolisi is the most focused service advisor I have ever come across. he listens to my concerns, takes Burlington and they are really the best. Jim Parolisi is the most focused service advisor I have ever come across. he listens to my concerns, takes notes and doesn't miss a beat. every service issue I have ever presented him has been resolved. I have compared parts and service pricing and Audi Burlington was the most aggressive, they have always had a car for me to drive during servicing & the technicians have always had the answers to all my technical questions. I have never heard NO or I CANT. I have interacted with the General Manager Adnan Sehovic and he is always kind and sincere and will never allow you to leave unsatisfied. Every promise he has ever made me has been fulfilled. These 2 Employees are the real reason I will continue to service with and recommend Audi Burlington to everyone. More

I have been an Audi driver for the last 15 years and have bought/leased all my vehicles from IRA Audi in Peabody Mass. I was driving a 2007 Q7 at the time with 120,000 miles and it was getting up there and bought/leased all my vehicles from IRA Audi in Peabody Mass. I was driving a 2007 Q7 at the time with 120,000 miles and it was getting up there and thought I should start exploring my options so I went to IRA. They stuck me with the most junior, unknowledge about salesman they could find who's only concern was if I was going to buy the car that day. Nothing about the car was described features, warranties new changes etc. nothing! I proceeded to leave pissed off. I called my service guy at IRA who referred me to his brother at Burlington Audi who then referred me to Bruno Lopes salesman. That poor kid must have driven in 6 cars with me some of them twice just to make sure I was sure of my decision at the same time talking about and showing all the features etc. He knows everything about all Audi's refreshing! Once I decided on a model Mikail Moiseyev in Financing appraised my car at a VERY fair value and helped me get the financing I needed (which was not an easy task). Bruno introduced me to the service department and come to find out my old service rep from IRA is now there Cindy! It was like old home week at Audi Burlington. They took care of all the paperwork transferring of plates etc and I picked my new 2012 A6 sport the next day! When I noticed a scratch a day later I went in and Bruno and the sales manager agreed to fix it and we are currently making an appt (at which time I will get a loaner) what more could you ask for I'm a convert long are the days of IRA Audi I now and forever will be a loyal patron of AUDI Burlington not only for my Audi's in the future but for all my service needs of my current one. We had been thinking about buying a new Audi for months. We finally decided to buy and Burlington Audi was terrific. They set up the test drives and then talked specifics. The customer is clearly Number 1 at Burlington Audi. The general manager Adnan Sehovic sets high customer delight standards for his team to achieve... and they do it! Don't think twice about buying at Burlington Audi... they are there to give you helpful, honest information and meet your needs. I was reluctant and hesitant but they made it a pleasure. More

I was very impressed with the folks at the Burlington dealership. From the General Manager, Adnan Sehovic to Nick Dota and Jonathan they were all outstanding. My first visit to the dealership was back dealership. From the General Manager, Adnan Sehovic to Nick Dota and Jonathan they were all outstanding. My first visit to the dealership was back in early June. I met with Nick and Jonathan who were more than willing to help familiarize me with Audi features, the Quatro system, models and pricing. I test drove an A6 and A7, when I left I had a better understanding of the car I wanted. I frequently travel on business for extended periods of time and was not back in Massachusetts and the dealership until late August. I contacted the dealership and set up a time to visit. What I discovered was not only the same outstanding level of customer service experienced back in June but that Jonathan and Nick remembered exactly the car I was looking for down to the unusual color type. This is my second Audi. Previously I owned a 2002 1.8 TT Coupe. I was looking to upgrade to a new TT or a Porsche. This time; however, I was looking for a brand new car (year 2014) with Bluetooth at the min Coupe. I was looking to upgrade to a new TT or a Porsche. This time; however, I was looking for a brand new car (year 2014) with Bluetooth at the minimum. Jon showed me the new Audi A5 and before I even test drove it I knew I wanted this car. Bang & Olufsen sound system, navigation, Bluetooth; the new design with front and real LED lights, this car is simply incredible. I got a fair price for my trade-in, and based on the work this dealership did on my TT over the years, I know they will take a good care of my A5 now and in the future. More
