Jesse Broadway and Tim Dang were both great guys and very helpful, but we wound up waiting around for much longer than I thought we should for this or that administrative purpose. I don't think it was their fault but things seemed to take an unusually long time, given that we came in ready to buy and had very few complications. Maybe there's a way to streamline the process. Otherwise, it's a great car and I would recommend your dealership positively. More

The experience was fine. I ended up liking the car enough to purchase it when I only visited to see it. I didn't like the thinking about the warranties. It costs thousands of dollars and adds to the cost of to purchase it when I only visited to see it. I didn't like the thinking about the warranties. It costs thousands of dollars and adds to the cost of the car by a lot. I get the impression everyone is under intense pressure to sell these expensive warranties. And they expire when the liklihood of using them within 4 years is low. A sales technique more than helpful to me. Edgar was fine with the paperwork except for the warranty part. Tom was easy to work with and just changed the warranty subject to Edgar, so I didn't really know what I was looking at. Of course he made me an offer which the men behind the curtain weren't allowing. I decided that something was better than nothing so I went ahead anyway. In short, dealing with car people isn't my most favorite enterprise in life! And I want to add that Tom was knowledge alot regarding the issues with the hybrid vehicle and its operation. I did have to go to the Lexus dealer to get some things answered but I guess no one can know everything. More
