From the moment we stepped into the showroom and asked for a sales representative, it was no-nonsense and no uncomfortable moments with Jacob Knight. He was professional from start to finish and plus, my for a sales representative, it was no-nonsense and no uncomfortable moments with Jacob Knight. He was professional from start to finish and plus, my wife knows his daughter-in-law so right off the bat he put us at ease. Jacob helped answer all of our questions and concerns and was patient with the entire process. He is the epitome of service. The only drawback is the amount of time to complete all of the paperwork but I understand it takes time. Thank you Manly Honda. More
