When I went to finalize the purchase of a vehicle, I was shocked to see additional fees added to the contract that were never discussed during our negotiations. These extra charges, including a so-called 'documentation fee' and 'dealer preparation fee,' amounted to a significant sum of money and were not disclosed to me until the very last minute. When I questioned the salesperson about these charges, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and seemed evasive. I felt deceived and manipulated by Crown Dodge, and I believe that these deceptive practices are unethical and unfair to customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be cautious and scrutinize any additional charges carefully before signing any contracts. More
