I want to share my extremely disappointing experience with Crown Dodge where I felt taken advantage of due to the dealership's practice of making up extra charges. When I went to finalize the purchase o with Crown Dodge where I felt taken advantage of due to the dealership's practice of making up extra charges. When I went to finalize the purchase of a vehicle, I was shocked to see additional fees added to the contract that were never discussed during our negotiations. These extra charges, including a so-called 'documentation fee' and 'dealer preparation fee,' amounted to a significant sum of money and were not disclosed to me until the very last minute. When I questioned the salesperson about these charges, they were unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and seemed evasive. I felt deceived and manipulated by Crown Dodge, and I believe that these deceptive practices are unethical and unfair to customers. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to be cautious and scrutinize any additional charges carefully before signing any contracts. More

Car has several problems. Transmission fluid leak, radio and cigarette lighter don’t work. tires rub while driving and turning. A/C blows hot air. Body work and paint not very well done. Left messages for Moe (GM) on 10.30.2023, 11.1.2023 & 11.3.2023. No response On 10.31.23 left message do Alex (another manager so we were told) no response. Bryan our sales rep seemed to be responsive but out on maturity leave. Today was his first day back and so far no response from text. BUYER BEWARE! More
