We came looking for a specific car (Honda Accord) with low mileage for our daughter for her 21st birthday and within two minutes of being on the lot w We came looking for a specific car (Honda Accord) with low mileage for our daughter for her 21st birthday and within two minutes of being on the lot we found the exact car in the exact color she wanted. We were told at another Honda dealership that we would never find an Accord with low mileage for the price we found this one (15K). Boy, were they wrong! Not only did we find the car of her dreams but the dealership was just as dreamy. We were greeted by Mr. Adrian Nedelea who was very professional, very knowledgeable, very forthcoming and honest about the car. He answered all of our questions and remained very patient as we took it for a test drive. He provided Carfax right from the beginning. It was very late that first day but we were able to put the car on hold until we were able to obtain financing from our credit union and when we returned Mr. Adrian was there and walked us through everything. He even sat with our daughter in the car to help her sync her phone to the car's bluetooth and familiarize herself with the car's switches and knobs. Oh, and there were refreshments on site for the moments that there may have been a wait!!!! It was clean and there were lots of seating so everyone was comfortable. Jeff Joseph in Finance was very kind helpful and provided us with information regarding extended warranties that was provided by the company. We got in and out within a timely manner and we have been super satisfied since and will be recommending to everyone!!!! More

No high pressure and no feeling like you are being taken advantage of. Even with the replacement of the first Passport, this was never an unpleasant experience. My salesman was Adrian Nedelea, I found the car online and it was the smoothest transaction I ever made. They recommended the airport to fly into, offered to pick me up at the airport etc. The day I was able to fly in Adrian was off that day but he made it a point to be there anyway, even had to bring his 2 young children. He wanted to be there just to ensure everything went smoothly. Again, the most enjoyable buy I ever made. Even though I live 500 miles away I will contact Adrian to see if they have anything in their inventory and if there is I will travel over again. Also working with Jeff in the finance dept was a pleasure as well, easy going, great personality, quick and efficient. More

Recommend Honda of Columbia over Midlands. More
