Polite, Complete & Efficient Adrian was an exceptional sales associate and I can't imagine anyone performing better. I have always purchased new cars (Pontiac, Ford, Hyundai, Mits Adrian was an exceptional sales associate and I can't imagine anyone performing better. I have always purchased new cars (Pontiac, Ford, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Mazda - this list makes me feel old!), and this was by far the my best experience. In a busy world the customer is looking to minimize the time spent at the dealer once the purchased is determined. Adrian was efficient in showing the vehicles I was interested in, complete in describing the vehicles features, and efficient in completing the process of preparing the vehicle and arranging the finance (Conti) process. He was a good listener and made suggestions without transmitting any feeling of pressure. He considered the customer's time as important and made every effort to keep the process moving along. And most importantly, he was very friendly and made the experience comfortable rather than the tension that can sometimes be experienced in car sales situations. It was a refreshing change in a world that needs a change in this particular area. Congrats to Honda of Columbia and especially to Adrian. More

Fastest car purchase I have ever made I went into the dealership at approximately 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I told Adrian what I wanted in a vehicle and the price range I was looking at, I went into the dealership at approximately 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I told Adrian what I wanted in a vehicle and the price range I was looking at, as well as the acceptable mileage on a used vehicle. The first car he showed me was the one I purchased. All paperwork, etc. was completed that evening and I could have taken the car home that day, but I needed to remove some items from the trunk of my old car. Went in the next day to pick up the vehicle. Adrian demonstrated the operation of the vehicle and helped set up the Blue Tooth on my phone. He was gracious and patient, Best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Fast, efficient and detailed. More

Came in to buy a new car. Worst customer service experience. Came into dealership to purchase a new car for my wife. We were interested in trading in our old Kia as well. At the point of negotiation when I asked to be able to return tomorrow to purchase the vehicle I had test driven was told it’s company policy to get a commitment before the customer leaves. Sales manager was fine with selling the car for the agreed price of $18,000. However when I was adamant about taking the night to discuss the car purchase with my wife I was handed my keys by the salesman with word from the manager that my business was no longer desired. I felt treated like absolute garbage. I was interested in a top of the line car and needed time to up sell my wife on my idea. But was treated so poorly that I certainly will never return to this dealership and I hope anyone who reads this also takes their business elsewhere. Absolute garbage experience. More
