Purchase of 2108 Honda CR-V Touring Sales person and manger were very friendly and helpful. We went into the dealership knowing a particular Honda CR-V Touring was what we wanted. Fir Sales person and manger were very friendly and helpful. We went into the dealership knowing a particular Honda CR-V Touring was what we wanted. First I test drove a similar Honda CR-V Touring which gave us a lot of insight in the features and feel of the vehicle. The dealership needed an hour or two to locate the mislabeled keys for the vehicle we ultimately bought. That vehicle was test driven by my wife and she was very pleased. It had all of the equipment we wanted, the exterior color (modern steel metallic) was acceptable (ideally wanted lunar silver metallic) and the gray interior was exactly what we wanted. We went through the standard process with Adrian, our salesperson, who showed us the list price and asking if that was okay, then on our initiative the price was reduced to that advertised on the internet and a short time later( after Adrian discussed it with his manager) an additional $300 off (instead of the $594 I requested) to arrive at the final price. This process is boiler plate for almost all dealerships. We sat with the finance manger to complete the paper work. We opted for the 8 year full warranty which included all routine services. In addition to SRS, ABS, TPMS, VSA and EPS, this vehicle had the more advanced features of ACC, BSI, CMBS, LDW and LKAS., With so many complex systems, the longer term (8 years vs 3 from factory) insurance including ALL mechanical and electrical (not body) repair and maintenance for $2550 extra was considered a good deal. I would certainly go back to this dealership. More

Faith restored I had previously given Honda of Columbia a glowing review. A week after purchasing a 2008 Cadillac, that I paid for with cash, I was told by my mechan I had previously given Honda of Columbia a glowing review. A week after purchasing a 2008 Cadillac, that I paid for with cash, I was told by my mechanic that I had not only a $500 repair but that the vehicle had been manipulated to hide the fact that this repair was needed. I was told by Honda of Columbia that the vehicle was traded in by an elderly couple, which leads me to believe that the manipulation was done by them. The rear end bushing had been filled with RTV (as explained by my mechanic). I waited several days for this car to be inspected by them and was told with no uncertainty that this vehicle was thoroughly inspected and given their seal of approval. As the title says BUYER'S BEWARE. More

Well Car Max is not what it used to be, so with trepidation I went to the Honda Dealer. I got what I needed (NEW instead of used) at a reasonable price, with a great interest rate!
