Take it yourself and as you back up to check the previous page you will get to rewrite the entire form. You have a good team. Don't spoil the experience with a poor evaluation. More

He took my wife and I under his wing and took us for a test drive of both vehicles. We really liked the Pilot. Thought about sale or trade-in of my 2015 Accord. Finally decided on trade-in and went back to dealership Monday, 12/18. This time met with John and Adrian and purchased the Pilot. John and Adrian treated us like family. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. John and Adrian are number one in my book.
