Great dealership, but read carefully before you sign! Adrian was great to work with! He was very friendly and helpful; he put a lot of work into getting our deal worked out. We love our new CRV! While we feel that we got a fair price, there was some confusion around the service contracts that we had to clear up. We also verbally agreed to a 60 month loan at 0.9% APR, but were given a 72 month at 1.9% APR for some reason. Just goes to show that you need to carefully read everything before you sign (seems so obvious, but it's easy to get sidetracked)- even at Honda! More

The only thing I wish would've gone differently was the waiting for my car to get detailed before driving it off the lot. I informed Adrian that I would be in around 4 that day to purchase my new car. He was ready and waiting to help. They are extremely busy at Honda Cars of Columbia. People were constantly coming in and out while I was there. But I do feel someone should have already had the car detailed for me and ready for purchase by the time I got there at 4. They are very hospitable at Honda Cars of Columbia so the wait was not unpleasant, just timely. Other than that I give them 100's across the board! I love my 2016 Honda HRV! More
