We were fine with that since my wife and I don't like being pressured. This is when we first met Adrian our sale rep. We told him what vehicle we wanted to look at and he immediately went got us the keys and took our info and handed us the keys and said have fun. He didn't ride with us as we test drove it and had time to talk about the vehicle. When we got back he greeted us and talk with us a bit and then we started talking numbers from there. After setting on a OTD price we started the buying process. The process was very easy and that's when we met Steve. Steve was another easy person to talk to and work with. He was the one we dealt with all the finance stuff with. After all the paperwork and the car getting cleaned and detailed we had one last thing to do. Full the vehicle up with gas. Adrian rode with me over to the gas station and gave us our first tank of gas. From there I dropped him off and away we went. This was my second time ever buying a vehicle and we are extremely excited about owning a Honda now. Honda of Columbia made this experience easy and very relaxing. NO PRESSURE AT ALL!! It was worth that over an hour drive to see/buy a vehicle. Thank you Adrain and Steve for everything. More

We spent two days looking for a smaller SUV, looking at Ford Edge, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru. We had some weird experiences during the process. At one dealer I went to sit in a vehicle on the showroom floor, and an employee was taking a nap in the front passenger seat. I was also told at this dealer Toyota no longer provided brochures about their vehicles because they were 'going green'. Well apparently the other Toyota dealer in town did not get the memo, because they had plenty of brochures! And of course it just wouldn't be a car purchase experience without at least one salesman asking me if we should wait until my husband was around to discuss the terms of the sale. Needless to say, that dealership did not get our business. It ended up being very close between the Honda and Toyota, but in the end Honda had the vehicle with the options we wanted for a fair price. The staff at Honda of Columbia was very professional and the facility was clean and in good condition. They are also a convenient location for us in case we need to return for service or maintenance. Adrian met us in the parking lot and from there our quest began. After several cars, we decided to sit down and see if this was a financial option. Once we thought this was a possibility, we asked for a sales manager. The rest is history. Well, we picked out our cars and my husband did the leg work on finding them. He happened to call Honda of Columbia and spoke with Adrian. My husband explained our situation and Adrian said no problem, we will bring the cars to you. Adrian was true to his word and arrived at our house for a test drive. Long story short, we were extremely pleased at how hard Adrian had worked for us, to get us a great deal. 2 days later, we bought the suv. Adrian made the whole experience very pleasant.
