The staff at McFarland Kia were very welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. In particular, Adrian Silva was a friendly and attentive salesperson who did his best to accommodate my needs and make t helpful throughout my visit. After driving an hour and a half and the staff knowing I was coming, I was surprised that the vehicle I had come to see was not prepared for a test drive. I observed the car being jumpstarted due to a dead battery from the cold, which I understand can happen, but it wasn’t the best first impression as a customer. After the test drive, I mentioned that the tire pressure sensors were not displaying any readings. Another staff member explained that this was likely due to the cold and would resolve after driving, which I accepted at the time, despite knowing better. However, the sensors were not reading at all, rather than showing incorrect pressure. After driving over 100 miles home and waiting nearly two weeks, the sensors are still not functioning, which has been disappointing. Regarding the paperwork, I had completed my credit application in advance and communicated with an online representative for several days before my visit. Based on this, I expected the documents to be ready upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was still a lengthy wait for the paperwork and to meet with the finance manager but he did well to explain the paperwork. Overall, despite these areas for improvement, my experience was positive, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff. I would still recommend McFarland Kia to anyone looking for a new or used Kia at reasonable prices. More

I did not have a good experience when I first bought my car. I was at the dealership for 4 and a half hours. However, I am giving five stars since Adrian was awesome. Overall experience was good and Adrian was great to work with and quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a minor issue with final paperwork where they used the current payout amount instead of with and quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a minor issue with final paperwork where they used the current payout amount instead of the 10 day payoff amount on the trade in, which caused a delay in the old vehicle getting payed off. But when I called about the issue, J.P. immediately came up with a solution and covered the small difference in the payout amount. More

So first off Adrian was great and this review has nothing to do with. I am very disappointed and feel cheated during the financial part I feel as they took advantage of me to make more money as they did not to do with. I was there for over 4 hours the car is great. I had cancelled all the contract with EG assurance besides tha GAP I was charged twice for the interior and exterior protection I send an email to Steve on 1/6 and no response still. I don’t think I would buy from this dealership again More
