Mariano-Rivera is the a very well run dealership that cares about their customers. From the efficiency of the service , and a super friendly staff to the very detailed car wash. Because this us my second Honda CRV i can compare my last service at another dealer with my previous Honda. I purchased my 2026 Honda CRV from Mariano-Rivera and hands down, we were treated exceptionally and given the best deal for our trafe-in. We absolutely trust them and hope other ppl see how great they are to their customers. I am loyal ! More

I arrived at 7:10 am to be first in line to drop car off and receive my loaner. The manager was off and the worker who was to issue my loaner never showed up 7:30. The service advisor had to help with tha and receive my loaner. The manager was off and the worker who was to issue my loaner never showed up 7:30. The service advisor had to help with that luckily she knew what to bc she used to work that position. I was late to work and despite all my efforts to show up early be first in line the dealership did not pull their end of the situation. There was confusion, disorganization and I believe the 8 am worker never showed either. Very disappointed. I picked up my car and the very next day I had low tire pressure and realized there was a nail on my tire. I understand it’s difficult to k ow exactly when it happened but I sure hope the work area is neat and tidy. It’s been years since I had a nail in my tire. More

Christian is quick to return my calls if he is not available at first. He keeps me updated with vehicle status and is always a pleasure to work with.
