I had been looking for a Forester Wilderness for many months and had spoken to all the local dealers. Adrien Estrada was the sales person I reached at Sierra Subaru, and although he did not have what I w months and had spoken to all the local dealers. Adrien Estrada was the sales person I reached at Sierra Subaru, and although he did not have what I wanted in stock, he promised to notify me as soon as he did. A couple of weeks later he texted me to say the car I had been searching for just rolled off the delivery truck. I was there the same day to buy it. Another customer got into the Finance office before me and proceeded to take what I later learned was well over 2 hours to do what should have been 20 minutes of paperwork! I had a meeting to get to, so Adrien offered to deliver the car to me at home, with the contract to sign, and drive back in my trade-in. That's exactly what we did and it was smooth and easy. That's my idea of great customer service. More
