I try to remember the names of people and places that don't set well with me and I don't usually return to them. I also try to remember the names of the people at the places I return to so can address them when I see them and give my thanks. As well as Adrian, I want to mention Courtney, for her excellent customer serivice skills. There are two things most important to me when I do business with an establishment, customer service and the actual purpose of my visit. In this case to have our 2011 Ford Escape serviced. I do not know the young man who did the actual service but as far as I can tell he did a fine job. More
