4th Times a Charm Although the Sales experience was masterful, I cant say the same about the Service Department. I would say that Jeff provided me the most he could and was extremely helpful and willing but the overall experience was not what I expected. More

Desperate We were traveling from Arizona with our 87 year old motherinlaw, our daughter and granddaughter when we started smelling burnt oil. When my husband checked he noticed the rear bearings were bad and ready to break so we pulled right in Interstate ford dealership and when we told adrien medina the service adviser about it he immediately came out and checked the car out. At first he said they were booked and couldn't get us in till Monday, but when I explained how I wanted to be home by a certain date he rearranged his schedule with other customers and took us right in. He even traveled a hour and a half to pick up an axle for our car. I can't thank him and his mechanics for everything they did for us. They went beyond what they had to to help us. Again I owe them a world of thanks and they were the most helpful staff that I have ever met. Thanks again, The McCasland Family. More

Stacia made our experience enjoyable she made us feel like a very important and she was very knowledgable about the truck we was trying to buy. She explained how the truck worked. We then worked with Quin in financing and he was great with getting our loan finished . The overall experience was above anything vehicle deal we have have ever made. Stacia was recommended by my son and friends to go work with her as she treated them great. The whole dealership from sales to service is great. David Lebsock More

Help on the road with my Ford Focus While traveling in Central Colorado the Transmission overheating light came on and I had to pull over and wait 10 Minutes for it to cool off. The tran While traveling in Central Colorado the Transmission overheating light came on and I had to pull over and wait 10 Minutes for it to cool off. The transmission was not running very smooth so I opted to go to the nearest Ford Dealer I could find. Luckily I picked Interstate Ford. I have never received better service than I did from their Service Department. Both men at the desk went out of their way to handle the situation. They explained exactly what they were doing and actually re-programmed my car. It has run fine ever since my visit to Interstate Ford. The individual that was with me made the comment, "They took such good care of you it made me want to come here to buy my next car. (He lives in Utah) Thanks for immediately taking care of my problem and thanks for the great service. More

Oil Change Rip-Off So I take in my Ford for an oil change along with the coupon they sent me. The coupon says that for $39.95 you get The Works (synthetic blend oil, tir So I take in my Ford for an oil change along with the coupon they sent me. The coupon says that for $39.95 you get The Works (synthetic blend oil, tire rotation, brake inspection and so on). Go to pay after the work is done and the bill is $47.41. After questioning about the up-charge the service manger tells me the synthetic blend oil was more expensive. I point out to him that the coupon price included a "synthetic blend oil change". Now get this...he tells me I got the "Special" synthetic blend oil. Couldn't see arguing with a guy who is intent of ripping me off and makes up the rules as he goes. Looks like they are more concerned with Profits than they are with customer service. More

Typical Corporate Mechanic After in depth research, for a Ford service center, to have my wife's 2013 Ford Escape worked on I chose Interstate Ford, due to the great reviews, af After in depth research, for a Ford service center, to have my wife's 2013 Ford Escape worked on I chose Interstate Ford, due to the great reviews, after all I have a Ford service center 5 min. from my house and elected to drive 45 min. to have our vehicle worked on. We had scheduled an appointment to have the engine splice recall work done and also transmission warranty work. Engine splice work was completed the next day; however, the transmission was a different story. Note; we have only had our vehicle since May 2014 we purchased it with 41,000 miles and currently has 51,000 mi. Long story short 3 weeks later our transmission was rebuilt and we went to pick it up from Interstate Ford, car drove home great, everything seemed fine. Next day, less 16 hrs later my wife goes to start the vehicle and to go to work, car wont start. So I leave work early to head home and try and find out what the problem is. Battery has full charge, and car wont start. Tried jumping, no go. Called Interstate Ford explained the situation, how they had just work on it etc. what they had done, they had Ford's roadside service come tow the vehicle back to Int. Ford. I called them the next business day and asked if they figured what the problem was, their service advisors Jeff and Adriane both said your starter went out, you'll need a new starter. I stated, you guy's will take care it of right??? it must of have been something to do with the work you guys were doing on the vehicle, I wasn't born over night. They resumed to reiterate that they didn't work on anything that had to do with the starter. I stated once again I know your mechanics disconnected the battery and the starter to work the transmission. No we weren't working on it or have any reason to mess with the starter. So, I asked how much is a new starter, $540. What?!! you got to be kidding me. After talking to Jeff and explaining to him my concerns and reasoning he agreed to meet me halfway. I told him to forget about it, I'll have a tow truck on the way and towed it to an honest family friend's auto shop. Within ten minutes of the car getting there, he called me and told me the starter was loose and he had gave it 2 full turns and it started right up. This is exactly why mechanics have bad reps and honestly I'm not sure how these service advisor's sleep at night with their self conscious. I have never gotten online and written a review about anything, but today is a first! sadly I'm sure I'm not the only they have tried to fool or take advantage of. And to be honest with ya I'm sure the other reviews are very biased. More

The Best Car Buying Experience, Ever. After several months of online researching and reading reviews and reports, I decided it was time to sit in a few of the top cars I chose. Being 6'3", After several months of online researching and reading reviews and reports, I decided it was time to sit in a few of the top cars I chose. Being 6'3", I usually hit my head getting into or sitting in the newer crossovers. I finally sat in an Edge and Escape, the Escape sold me. I decided to look around the Denver area for an Escape that would suite my wife and me. I called up Stacia at Interstate Ford in Dacono and talked for a few minutes. She was very helpful and did not "sell me." She answered my questions and the time we spoke was very low key and helpful. The following night I just wanted to go in and test-drive the Escape. I called Stacia to set up a time and she said her husband Quienten "Q" would help us. We showed up at the dealership and Q was waiting for us. Q showed us some of the features before we set out on a drive. We decided right then that this was the car for us. We came back to the dealership and made a deposit so we could pick it up the following day. We arrived the following day and Stacia had our car setting out front all ready to go. We sat in the car and Stacia went over all the features and made us feel comfortable about our new car. She programmed our phones to work with the car and explained in detail all necessary items so we could enjoy the new car and not be overwhelmed with all the features. She emphasized that if we needed to come back in for refresher training or to ask questions about some features or functions, we were to give her a call and she would be glad to help. We then went into the dreaded finance office, but it wasn't. Steve was very pleasant to work with and explained all the other options available to us. Most we declined and did choose one of the options. Steve did not pressure us in the least bit. He was more like a guide along the treacherous finance waters. We talked about camping up in the mountains and enjoying the outdoors. He explained what to expect for registration and showed us the sales tax and how it was computed. After we were done with Steve we talked with Stacia a bit more and drove home a very satisfied customer. We do not buy new cars often but this experience made that transaction very pleasant and enjoyable. I consider Stacia and Q friends. They have an enthusiasm for life and are just nice people. They both have smiles on their faces and are the people you want to be around. I know I will be stopping in at times to just see how they are. Steve in Finance and Adrien in Service are exceptional people to work with and every person we have dealt with at this dealership is wonderful. We have been using Interstate Ford to have our diesel truck serviced and Adrien has always been very helpful in explaining what is wrong with our truck when we bring it in. I consider Interstate Ford our dealership now. More
