The thermostat in my 2018 GMC Canyon had to be replaced. Service was quick and all the employees were easy to work with. I take my truck here for all repairs / maintenance. This part is approximately 2 hours of labor and the OEM part cost for me to purchase is about $85.00. So the price tag of $1,600.00 was shocking. Even if the parts with markup went for $200.00 that leaves $1400 in labor for a few hours. I wish I could get +/- $700 an hour for my professional services. I realize that I could have shopped around but since I trust Hatfield with all my service and I was in a hurry to get the truck functioning properly, I paid the price. More
