I need more room to give all the details of this experience. Never given a written estimate, charged double for parts. I reviewed BAR web page for more information and was given a number to call to discuss. All information I was given was not accurate. I’m extremely disappointed In The entire process. I didn’t even mention being without a car for 3 days……. I could go on and on about my experience. I purchased my last 2 cars from Hatfield because I THOUGHT I could Trust! Shame on Me!!!!
