Because their Equinox EV inventory was all painted black, he arranged an exchange with a Virginia dealer to secure a white car with SuperCruise that I desired. The pricing was straightforward and competitive, with no haggling, hidden fees, or unwanted add-ons. The sales representative, Adula Carr, was helpful throughout the process, even picking me up from Penn Station on the day I took delivery. He explained the car's features and its infotainment system. Everything was great except I kept telling them that the engine light was on. They told me it would adjust and come back on Monday. That is wrong and I want a different car.
