On August 19th, I dropped off my new Tundra for a Leather install which was purchased on August 14th. Today is August 24th and I still do not have my truck nor have I gotten any update short of it taking lo install which was purchased on August 14th. Today is August 24th and I still do not have my truck nor have I gotten any update short of it taking longer. The "Dealership" has had my truck almost as long as I had it before the Leather Install. I was told the service would be completed the next day. Also, using the wonderful Lojack on my recently purchased truck, I find out that the Leather Install would be completed at some automotive place in Carrollton called Skylane. This was never mentioned to me. I have made multiple calls, left multiple messages and received no further updates. More
