I was next in line, waiting in lane #2 and I was skipped by an advisor. I had an appointment and couldn't believe he was helping the car in back of me. I suggest if he had a reason to skip me, he should hav by an advisor. I had an appointment and couldn't believe he was helping the car in back of me. Always exceptional service. I brought my 2010 Prius in for its 200,000 mile check. Longo was very busy and was running late from its initial finished time. They were very nice, very professional and offered me a free rental so I didn’t need to wait longer. The staff is always very courteous and they keep you updated on the progress of the work that’s being done on your car. I bought my car new from Longo and will definitely buy my next car from them as well. They are second to none. 5 stars in my book. More
