Unfortunately, the car I came into purchase was sold just before I arrived at the dealership. Jake was able to show me another vehicle with the same options I was interested in that also had an extra rebate. before I arrived at the dealership. My biggest problem was when the financing came back for me to look at the rebate hadn’t been included. Once this was corrected I was happy with the remaining service. More

They promise, one thing or two things or three things and never deliver. They lured us in with a great deal and promised they wouldn’t charge us for the floor mats. By the time we left four hours later the monthly payment was $50 more per month than promised and when I got home, they had included the floor mats which I’m sure they his, wrapped into the price. They lied repeatedly about why the cost changed, but in the end, it was still pretty good deal. I would’ve gotten a Tesla and saved four hours of my life and walked away feeling less taken advantage of but The price really was still too good to pass up. I don’t know why this place can’t give customers a better experience save everyone a whole bunch of time and leave the customer feeling respected, but it is clearly not in their protocol. This is our second lease here, and there won’t be a third. More

Experience was good. I would have given a 5 star but a few things lacking. Fees and deposit were not applied to the sales agreement correctly.
