Overall, I was very pleased with my experience at Toyota Sunnyvale. Every employee I encountered was friendly and eager to help. He worked hard to find the exact model and options that I was looking for, and was continually mindful of my personal financial situation. Furthermore, the deal I received on my purchase was remarkable – I felt that Ahmad was genuine in his intention to give me the absolute best discount, rebate, and financing rate that they could offer. This is the second car purchased at this dealership in two years. I am impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, knowledge and eagerness to please the costumer. Mike Shum , the general manager carried the sale of our new Venza from beginning to delivery of our car. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Ahmad Hatamieh spent a huge amount of time explaining the running of our new car and trying to get us comfortable with all the new electronics built into this car. Both of these gentlemen present a great face for this dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my friends and associates. More
