My experience with this dealership has been nothing less than 5 stars. Bobby Scott from sales has been in touch with me even after buying a new car, helping me out with all the rebates and the relevant docu than 5 stars. The Service team is nothing less of a rock star. Once I am inside the service repair center, I am very much assured my car is in great hands and it will be out in great shape once the team has done their work on it. Kelvin did a great job with helping me get my first car out of college and at my first job! He was very patient with me and even got another person (Sean) to sit in the backseat to use as a reference for m out of college and at my first job! He was very patient with me and even got another person (Sean) to sit in the backseat to use as a reference for my 2020 CH-R. The car is not for everyone but they were so patient with me through the whole process and managed to get me such a great deal. Communication was great and I heard about the horror stories of being stuck at a dealership for 4+ hours in order to purchase a car but I was able to get in and out in 2.5 hours while still test driving the car and getting glimpses of other new cars for 2020. Definitely recommend and might even go back in 5/6 years for maybe another car! Thank you!! More
