Ahmed was so helpful in taking test drives for all three cars that I looked at. After choosing the Rav 4 that I bought; he went over all the car functions. Fairly smooth process once the pandemic supply woes started to resolve in late 2022. Some significant delays up until that point on a Rav4 Prime and some communication issues, but an easy transition t started to resolve in late 2022.
