Ahmed is one of the most caring salespersons in the auto industry and also knows his product. He makes things happen in the showroom, gets everyone involved and helps to get you out of the door in record breaking time. There is no pressure, lots of fun during the process and Ahmed is a great host when working with him. Overall positive experience As a buyer walking into a dealership you are spinning the roulette wheel as to the salesman you will dealing with. I tried to take that unpredictability out of the equation by using this site and others to find a salesperson I would be compatible with. But when we arrived that salespersons previous appointment was running very late so we met Ahmed a very knowledgeable, personable and courteous salesperson but very aggressive. By the end of 1.5 hours he was very confused that I would not sign a contract for a $43,000 car. But once he got over his dismay and disappointment which was not easy for him........ a few phone calls latter we were able to come a little closer in price for the new vehicle and the amount allotted for my trade-in we purchased the RDX. Ahmed will go to bat for you to try and obtain a good purchase price for your vehicle as long as you have done your homework and are reasonable with your requests. The finance department was very helpful in securing a great rate for finance and laid out extended warranty plans which were explained throughly. The experience at Precision was a very good, I left feeling that all my questions and concerns were answered and hopefully my infrequent visits to the service department will be positive. More

Recent Lease of Acura MDX 2016 I visited the show room several times to learn more about and test drive the MDX. I had a pleasant experience dealing with all of the staff I met and I visited the show room several times to learn more about and test drive the MDX. I had a pleasant experience dealing with all of the staff I met and dealt with. AL were knowledgeable of the product, helpful and were not pushy to close of the deal. I first had the appointment with Rajiv however my wife and I had to leave to attend for unexpected matter. Then, on another day we met with, I believe, James and he provided us with a very good and detailed overview of the car. Finally, on our third visit we closed the deal with Ahmed and he was very cooperative and provided us with great advise. The one thing I did not like or appreciate is that when I went to the financial office to sign the required paper I was offered services/products related protecting the window shield and something else. I believe anything related to sales should be brought up during the negotiation of the sale and not at the time of final signing of the paper at the finance office. More

I was looking to significantly reduce my payment in my current Acura but at the same time, was content to keep my car as I loved the car. I had a particular price and vehicle in mind. When we could not reach a deal I was content to keep the car I had come with. I was not trying to play games or to "one up" the dealership. They then offered an excellent car at a very good price and the deal was easy to agree to. All of the staff that assisted me were excellent. More
