The reason we gave Porsche Audi Fresno a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating because of the issue we had regarding our second key. We spoke to the floor Sales Manager who we dealt with on 6/9/24 multiple times about the key issue, but nothing was done. Although it took more than 2 weeks, the issue was resolved.
