What really stood out was John going out of his way to make the delivery right. When we discovered a missing component in the spare tire set, he tracked it down without hesitation, and he also located a rear cargo mat for the vehicle. These weren’t asked-for concessions — he simply wanted the car delivered properly. That kind of attention to detail is rare. The finance process was equally smooth. The electronic signature platform was efficient and modern, with all documents clearly presented and no high-pressure add-on tactics. I was in and out of the dealership in two hours total — which, for a CPO Porsche purchase, is genuinely impressive. The vehicle was beautifully prepared at delivery and the documentation — window sticker, Carfax, service history, CPO inspection — was complete and well-organized. I’d recommend Porsche of Fresno and John specifically to any Porsche buyer, including the most discerning ones.
