Two-time Major League All-Star southpaw CJ Wilson is a family man with a lifelong love of high-quality automobiles. “I’m a car guy,” CJ likes to say. “I grew up at the dirt track, my dad was on the pit crew, I’ve always wanted to be a race car driver. I’ve always just been a car guy.” CJ launched his race team in 2010, followed by his first dealerships in Chicago. “Unlike the big mega dealers, we actually care about your business,” CJ says. “We’re going to treat you like a neighbor because that’s how we think of ourselves.” A father of one with another on the way, CJ lives in Fresno with his wife, Lisalla, working toward his dream of driving in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Porsche friends, beware. We had an absolutely appalling experience at Porsche Fresno while trying to purchase a 2024 911 Targa 4S. What should have been a celebratory, exc We had an absolutely appalling experience at Porsche Fresno while trying to purchase a 2024 911 Targa 4S. What should have been a celebratory, exciting process quickly turned into an interaction full of manipulation, evasion, and arrogance—led by dealership owner CJ Wilson and General Manager Mr. Paul. After hours of texting and a detailed phone call with one of their sales reps (Sean Cawthon), we confirmed we wanted the car and asked how to submit our deposit. Sean suddenly paused the conversation, came back with a vague excuse about an internal mix-up, and refused to take our deposit. It was only after pressing him—multiple times—that he finally admitted the car had been sold while he continued talking to us like it was still available. This wasn’t a simple mistake. It was intentional deception, and it was handled with a disturbing level of smugness and disrespect. As longtime Porsche owners and active members of the enthusiast community, we’ve never experienced anything like this. And we want others to be aware. We’ve shared our full account directly with Porsche Cars North America. Because the tactics displayed here are not just disappointing—they’re disgraceful and reflect terribly on the Porsche brand.
