I was a little anxious about returning to Lexus after a very disappointing experience when purchasing a 2010 Lexus from an employee that no longer works there. But after driving several vehicles at a few very disappointing experience when purchasing a 2010 Lexus from an employee that no longer works there. But after driving several vehicles at a few other dealerships, I decided to go back. I was relieved to hear that the person who insulted me in 2010 was no longer working there. Now... about todays experience. Upon walking inI was greeted by Aiman Hamdan. He was very patient as I sat in ‘quite a few cars’ and drove several others. He was very polite and understanding about my concerns and questions. The manager, Kevin Martin introduced himself and was very professional, yet friendly. Last, but not least the financial advisor, Zeiad was very helpful in explaining details in the financing and extended warranties. I got home and couldn’t program my garage door opener and Aiman even stopped over at my house to program the car to the garage door opener. It was a very long day, but overall a very pleasant experience. More

My experience was nothing short of excellent! Aimen made sure that we were taken care of from the moment we hit the door. The customer service was very friendly, informative, and undivided.
