Orland Lexus is here to make friends not money! Wow, very impressed. My husband and I have been shopping for awhile. We knew what we wanted and knew what we wanted to pay for a almost brand new car Wow, very impressed. My husband and I have been shopping for awhile. We knew what we wanted and knew what we wanted to pay for a almost brand new car with very low miles. Tara called me from an internet question. I explained to her we were tired of shopping and driving from Highland Park. Lexus of Orland had the suv we wanted, and our very first suv. We only buy Lexus for the past many years. The product is superior, service is the best and the most reliable car we have ever bought in 40 years. When we arrived she had all figures ready to go, unbelievable. Tara introduced us to Aiman Hamdan. We sat down with him looking over the suv and talked about what we wanted for our trade and what we wanted to pay for the new car. We took the suv for a ride, loved it, knew we wanted it but not sure we would make a deal. 30 minutes later Mike Bannos introduced himself to us and told us we all could agree on the price. 30 minutes later we owned the vehicle and driving home. Buying a car is very stressful and expensive but Bob made us feel so comfortable and we knew he would make us happy. Thank you Team Orland Lexus Matt and Brenda Porzel More
