Great Customer Service and friendly staff I live in Michigan and found the Lexus on Autotrader. After speaking with Aiman and discussing the car we decided to purchase it. When we arrived to t I live in Michigan and found the Lexus on Autotrader. After speaking with Aiman and discussing the car we decided to purchase it. When we arrived to the dealership we were met with very accommodating and friendly people. They had the car washed and ready for a test drive. Aiman went with us and described the features as we were driving. He was very helpful in helping us understand the features of the car. When we returned I noticed some tar that was at the bottom near the front door. They quickly took it back and cleaned it off. The car was exactly how it was represented by Aiman. Aiman then passed us on to Mike to complete the paperwork. Mike had everything ready for us. There was no waiting around and no additional costs that added to the price we agreed on. Mike made the final transaction smooth and easy. At the end of the purchase they went through the entire car feature by feature and showed us how to operate each feature. They allowed us to ask questions and we never were rushed. It was a great car buying experience. More
