Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel you did not receive a 5-Star Experience. Yes, being land-locked (until recently) has certainly made it challenging for our service department to keep up with the tremendous growth that sales experienced. Fortunately, there is a grand plan to remake Big Star Cadillac. It will be much larger with 100% more service capacity. This transformation is currently scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of this year. While these improvements will not be completed overnight, the service capacity expansion will be the first to come to fruition.
