This was because Sam and his supervisor made everything clear from the start. The Metro Ford's process of having the Expedition's actual CARFAX report available online took all of the mystery and concerns away. I reviewed the CARFAX before I stepped one foot on the lot and it gave me information about the vehicle's options, the servicing the vehicle had its entire life. And best of all, CARFAX provided me confidence about the reasonableness of the price range for the purchase. I bought a 2020 Expedition with great confidence in the dealership and the people who work there who are standing behind my purchase. First stop if I need a new or used car anytime in the future! Metro Ford has always been my go to for servicing my 2017 Mustang. Sam helped me find the Mustang I was looking for (all the same features my 2017 consisted of - just a newer vehicle). He took the time to elaborate on the details, and answered any questions we had - about the vehicles, the entire car buying process, and what to expect. Not once did he pressure us into making a decision. He was very respectful and knowledgeable, which goes a long way when placing your trust in somebody to aid you in your car search. If he did not know the answer to a question (which was extremely rare), he knew exactly who to consult to provide us with an accurate response. I definitely recommend Sam with Metro Ford of OKC. We also met with Michael Stone in finance who did an excellent job explaining everything and giving us our options. He was friendly and respectful, as well! Definitely recommend! More
