I purchased my Mitsubishi at the Scottsdale store and was saddened to hear it had closed. But my first experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi was excellent. I went in for regularly scheduled service - AJ was friendly over the phone and in person. Service was fast and everything was explained in detail and without BS'ing the "female driver". Thanks guys. My service team was great. Same team from when it was Mark and they always do a fantastic job. What wasn’t great was Mario, your sales person who was scouting the service room. Unbelievable that they took the Direct TV out & the coffee. Boring to stare at the walls. I’ve been coming here like 25 years & always had complimentary TV & coffee machine.
