Ajay got me exactly what I wanted, and it was very refreshing to deal with a salesman who knows what he’s doing. Finance department is always to me the most difficult part of the buying process. It’s not the credit needs. I’ve got excellent credit. It’s enduring the upsale I dread. But Carlo did a great job and didn’t have waste my time, and when there was a correction I desired, he took care of it. I can say he handle my problems with consideration, and I am a very happy camper. I don’t ever remember leaving finance happy. But Carlo made me happy. I’ve dealt with some really rough folks in finance. This was as pleasant as spending money can be. Five stars for all! More
