Only for an oil change, state inspection, and a new remote battery. A brand new spare key/remote, which I was not made aware of and did not authorize. Mileage service was requested, which hadn't been completed. I was not going to take a chance of waiting three more weeks for completion. The "service" writer (lack thereof)- abrupt, unprofessional, rude, condescending, inconsiderate, and inconsistent with what service was needed and where my key and truck were. Paid $$$!!!!, which oil change and state inspection should've AT LEAST been written off. I just wanted to get out and never return! NEVER AGAIN!!!! More
