No transparency throughout this sale. My attempts to ask questions and get information during and after the sale was met with a combination of misleading answers and radio silence. Vehicle was delivered to me not fully charged, not detailed, with very little explanation of charging and features and with a deep gouge in the weather stripping. Dealership has yet to remedy any of those things fully. No follow-up as yet. More
