Finance worked extra hard to put together a great package for me and my business. The whole experience reminded me of small town America; personal service, smaller location, service tech's that took the time to say hello and comment on my new vehicle, even the yard guy had a great attitude and put great personal pride in prepping my truck for delivery. Really refreshing. As a business person I have bought many trucks, most of those experiences were all business and really almost unpleasant- Windward Ford gave me my first personal sales experience in 25 years. After 3rd- I recently purchased my third new vehicle from Windward Ford and I have the same opinion as above, actually more positive. Just as with before the whole staff did a great job at their individual part of the process, everyone from the initial sales meeting to the final prep for delivery. I intend to order another vehicle in the next month or so and I look forward to the small town feeling. More

They really check out your vehicle and they found I needed a new battery which they were able to replace right away. The service advisor takes the time to review what they found doing the inspection such as condition of brakes, tires etc. I highly recommend their service department. More
