We have a 2003 White Ford Expedition and love it so much, that I knew the only way we could part with it is by getting another one. I was so happy that here at Windward Ford, they had exactly what I was looking for; a great vehicle, and great service. Al Davis provided us with excellent and professional service, and Don Minnis helped us cross our T's and dot our i's with finalizing the deal. We had a budget in mind and knew what we could afford. OUTSTANDING team and excellent customer service! After a simple inquiry about a vehicle on their lot and with no expectation purchasing anything, I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium. After a simple inquiry about a vehicle on their lot and with no expectation purchasing anything, I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium. All this wouldn't have happened with the help I received from Christian Dillulo and his team at Windward Ford. Upon arrival, I was introduced to Al Davis, he asked a few questions and shared the different Edge models, then I told him I had my eye on one specific vehicle. So he said, lets take it for a spin. After the test drive, he already knew I was happy and was ready to play the numbers game. But to my surprise, Al was a true professional, he got down to my level and treated me like his best friend and asked me "tell me what you want to pay, give me a number and I'll run it by my manager" and after 10-15 minutes, we agreed on the price, terms, and shook hands on the deal. AND what an amazing deal it was! "Keep it under 100!" says Don Minnis the finance guy. This guy knows his stuff and is thorough with his paperwork and explaining the different types of coverages that's available, he won't try to sell you everything, but what's necessary to ensure you're protected. He will also work tirelessly to make sure you receive the best financing available. From the start, I wasn't expecting to trade in my 2003 CR-V nor was I expecting to drive home in a brand new Edge, but all it took was a simple inquiry e-mail message, no pressure sales pitch, friendly and down to earth sales person, and a knowledgeable finance guy, and here I am happy and stoked with my new ride. Big MAHALO to Windward Ford for a job well done! More
