Rides super smooth, is spacious and comfortable! I had to have it!! Al was absolutely fantastic! He didn't pressure me to buy everything and anything and actually asked me what exactly I was looking for. Once we had that part figured out it was time for me to decide whether or not I wanted to go through with the lease. Once again, Al was great! We talked about our families and some of our interests while I thought about and decided to go with the lease! Everyone at IDE is fantastic! I do not love buying new cars because sometimes you run into pushy, bossy sales I went to Dick Ide Honda to buy a car and I worked with Al Gleichauf. I do not love buying new cars because sometimes you run into pushy, bossy salesmen who can make the experience less than fun. I was very pleasantly surprised to work with a man (Al) who was not only personable and very knowledgeable but he was also not at all pushy. He made buying a new car a very nice experience. I also worked with Viktor on a day when Al was out. I found him to be all that AND very patient, as I was trying to decide between several cars. I will definitely buy from Dick Ide in the future... if I can work with Al again. Ashley in the finance department was a pleasure to work with as well!! Thanks!! More

After checking out a different make/model, we showed up unannounced to try another test drive and were allowed to do so without pause. It was an easy process and Al G made us feel like we could take our time and he didn't want to force us into something if we weren't ready for it. 3 months later, we have no regrets with our purchase. I'd go back and buy another car from them and I'd recommend the same to others. More
