Ide made Experience Pleasant I was dreading the ordeal of buying a car. I decided to under duress, the time had come. I did a lot of research and I knew exactly what i wanted, I f I was dreading the ordeal of buying a car. I decided to under duress, the time had come. I did a lot of research and I knew exactly what i wanted, I found the car online and was directed to Ide Honda. I found the customer service people friendly when I arrived, and I had set up an appointment with Al and he met us at the desk. We connected right away, Al's personality was warm and helpful. He made a very stressful situation easy and pleasant. I was a little disappointed when I got my car after it was "dolled up". I thought they could have done a better job. There were still stains on the seats, door and rugs. More

The dealership was welcoming the staff friendly. I had inquired via the internet about 3 different CRVs at three different dealerships. Al was the first to respond promptly. (The only other one mes I had inquired via the internet about 3 different CRVs at three different dealerships. Al was the first to respond promptly. (The only other one messaged me after I had already made my purchase). The used vehicle I was interested in was located at their associated vw dealership just down the way. When I arrived, I asked to speak with Al, who was busy with another customer. I was invited to wait in the comfortable seating area and offered beverages and snacks ( nice touch Ide). My wait wasn't long and then Al took my nephew and I to the other location. He was friendly and professional and easy to work with- I would have given him a higher rating but he said he had ordered me seat belt extenders, but I have yet to receive them!!!! Follow through is everything! More
