With Honda, there are 4 possible dealers to buy from in the area I normally travel, buying from any one would be convenient. I try to pick out a car that is identical at a couple of dealers so I am comparing apples to apples! This time, it took me 6 months of on and off looking before I decided on a Honda CRV. MPG and reputation of Honda were the deciding factors. I test drove the car at another dealer, so when I arrived at Ide, it was "give me your best price" Ide offered me the lowest price compared to other dealers, no haggling, very easy and my price was lower than the lowest in KBB new cars. Very smooth transaction.. I'm very please with the CRV; first Honda I ever owned. Since picking it up, I'm averaging 28.1 MPG...excellent for a SUV. Thanks Al and Ide! More

Relaxing Sales and Finance Experience I came to Ide Honda looking for a better deal on a 2018 Honda CRV than I received from another local Honda dealer. I walked away with not only a great deal, but a wonderful experience. There was no high pressure sales and Al Gleichauf was great with answering all my questions. He even went above and beyond to try to locate a vehicle on their lot that was a similar green for me to see, so I could avoid a return to the other local dealer. Jake Anderson in finance made the process a breeze when applying for credit with no pressure to purchase, just information, for the extra warranty coverage and protection packages. Ken Neufeglise made the paperwork part quick and painless and I was into my new Honda quicker than expected. As an added bonus I got a chance to personally meet the VP Rich Ide when I purchased the car. First time I've ever had that happen. I would highly recommend checking out Ide Honda before finalizing any deal with another local dealer...or better yet just go there first and save the hassles. More

Great Experience. I had been searching and test driving different vehicles for almost a year. I narrowed it down to a couple different vehicles. I searched on line and found the certified used 2016 Honda Pilot. I corresponded with Al who was a pleasure to work with. He had the vehicle ready to test drive after a bad snow storm. I liked the handling and the smooth ride. Ken handled the financing and he is a pleasure to work with as well. I had to bring the Pilot in for service within the second week due to a tire that kept losing air. Jim repaired the tire and has us back in the vehicle with in an hour. Ida Honda should be glad they have Jim working for them, he is funny and has high expectations about the work he completes. All employees I encountered there were wonderful and very knowledge about their job. It was a pleasure buying my 2016 Pilot at Ide Honda. More
