To long of a wait I go to the dealership to get my oil changed but every time I go there I have to wait over an hour. I make an appointment and still have to wait over I go to the dealership to get my oil changed but every time I go there I have to wait over an hour. I make an appointment and still have to wait over an hour. I can’t believe that it takes that long to change oil. The people that work there are nice it just takes too long for me. Wish they could speed up the process. More

Safety Recall My daughter brought my Chevy Trax in to perform a safety recall fix. The work was started on time and done professionally. The only problem was the am My daughter brought my Chevy Trax in to perform a safety recall fix. The work was started on time and done professionally. The only problem was the amount of time it took to complete the servicing. She was told it would take about a hour to at most 1.5 hours. It wound up taking about 2.5 hours, which caused her to be late for another, important appointment. The service may have taken longer because they also did a 27 point inspection. However, if that was the case, she should have been so advised. More

Unhappy A loaner car approved by owner Steve was refused day of service. Very unhappy and looking for another dealership who will honor their word. A call even came in to Al while i was sitting in the office saying apparently a loaner was promised to her. Everyone seemed annoyed at this and in the end they all said no to a car. More

Expensive and unreliable Brought my car in for a recall and to replace back breaks and rotors. Upon leaving car started checking including seat and steering wheel. Took it bac Brought my car in for a recall and to replace back breaks and rotors. Upon leaving car started checking including seat and steering wheel. Took it back in only to find out that the front ones needing replacing now. This wasn’t happening prior to the visit. Doesn’t seem like a coincidence to me. Shouldn’t they have checked this the first time? Brought my car to a local mechanic who charged significantly less. More
