Oil change I was told when I bought the Trax I would get 2 free oil changes for first 2 years. What I didn’t know is they wrote only one year on the contract. Fast experience! I had squeaky brakes on a 2018 Traverse with very low mileage. They were able to take the car on a Wednesday and have it finished by Thursday! Poor Diagnosis / Hungry Service Representation Two times in a row the service Rep chose to do the more expensive job 1st, then, finding the source of the problem or, so called additional problem i Two times in a row the service Rep chose to do the more expensive job 1st, then, finding the source of the problem or, so called additional problem is something else, indicating that the 1st expensive job was mandatory but, did not take photos or save the so called faulty part. Very questionable servicing but, not uncommon with dealerships. I had poor servicing with an affiliated (same owner) dealership at GM in Mahwah whereby, the mechanic stole / exchanged the underpart of the dashboard that had an additional charging unit and replaced it with another. More

Awesome service department I must say from the moment I drove in the service was awesome. The guys greeting me at the podium were super friendly and made sure I was taken care o I must say from the moment I drove in the service was awesome. The guys greeting me at the podium were super friendly and made sure I was taken care of immediately. Al H. is the best. He was very friendly from the get go and made me feel very comfortable leaving my truck with him. He took care of the problem I had so quickly. I was amazed how quickly he called me to let me know he was done. If that wasn’t enough, he called me again after following up and finding out about my warranty. Awesome! I’m sure I will be buying my next vehicle at Hawthorne again. Looking forward to it. Thank you!! More
