He was very knowledge My husband and I went to look at 4 Runners new and used. We had Al Hussain as our salesperson. Al was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor which made the buying experience wonderful. He was able to work with us and our budget. We were not sure if we would buy a car that day, but after Al worked on some numbers we found out we could afford a new 2019 4 Runner. That day, we put a deposit down for the 4 Runner and the next day we were driving it out the lot. We are very happy with our purchase and the attention to detail Al gave us. My name is Ger. I visited Heiser Toyota on Saturday after a long day driving around looking at other dealership for a Rav4. My B.I.L. happened to saw an online posting about a 2017 Grey Rav4 XLE, so we happened to come check if it was still available. That's when we met Al. Overall amazing and friendly salesperson that made us feel very comfortable while taking us step by step doing the paperwork. Not only did he make us feel comfortable, he answered all our questions we had, make sure the numbers and price added up. He was very helpful in making it happen for us to get the car. The dealership also gave me a good trade in value based on Kelly Blue Book. It's Monday today, I can say I'm a happy camper that is currently with a new car. If I every buy another Toyota I'm definitely going back to Heiser Toyota, plus I would love to work again with Al. More
