Online Purchase Experience Online, we found the pre-owned car that had every spec and option we wanted. When we contacted Heiser Toyota, they were up-front with the pricing, and Online, we found the pre-owned car that had every spec and option we wanted. When we contacted Heiser Toyota, they were up-front with the pricing, and were very helpful. All the pictures of the vehicle were accurate, and when we arrived at Heiser (We drove 3+ hours to purchase this vehicle) there were no surprises. We had peace of mind knowing this was a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Brett was very helpful with our online experience. Al Hussain was our Salesperson who assisted us. We talked to him multiple times on the phone and he was very patient and knowledgable and eager to help. When we arrived to purchase our Avalon, Al showed us all the options on our new-to-us vehicle and helped us immensely. Great experience! More

Bill Lawrence Used Car Manager does a terrific job, he solves problems is very bright and especially customer service minded! Pat Pomerance General Manager is a also incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with! Both our daughter and our son have also leased and a purchased vehicles from Heiser Toyota! I have also referred friends who have enjoyed working with Al, Bill Pat and the entire Heiser Toyota sales and service team!! I would gladly recommend them to everyone I know!!! More
